ACQUISITION OF A PHOTOGRAPHIC WORK (fine art printing and Digigraphy)
All the works presented on this site, single or composed, are exclusively reserved for fine art printing. Some of them (precision indicated under the photographs at gallery level), in a very limited serie, will be proposed with the Digigraphy ® certification.
They may be acquired by any natural or legal person, either personally or professionally within limits and conditions of 20 reproductions, any format, any medium and without time limit.
MY PROPOSALS
AUTHOR’S CHOICE
I wanted to engage in a limited sharing relationship, voluntarily reducing the possibilities of dissemination and reproduction. I wish to offer therefore the beneficiary a confidential acquisition:
Each work will be represented exclusively on a physical medium* (dedicated to the worlds of artistic printing and publishing, and art lovers of course)
In fact:
I renounce doing any digital business by means of a license, transfer of rights contract or any other mass distribution product for all the photographs in the gallery of www.marcsouryphotography.com
As an extension – With the exception of my own broadcasts, those of the organizers of photographic art competitions, exhibitions and partners – any publication, distribution, total and partial use of the works of this site by digital means is formally not allowed to anyone *.
(*) any finding by a third party of non-compliance with these prerogatives would induce a counterfeiting offense and an infringement of intellectual property rights from a distributor without rights or an illegitimate owner of the work. Offenders would, in fact, expose themselves to the application of the legal and penal sanctions provided for in Article L335-2-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
PRINTS
I chose to entrust my all prints to 2 EPSON approved laboratories, in relation to their range of support and their service.
MEDIUM
I’ve worked on a selection of HahneMühle and Epson Fine Art Paper adapted to each development. It allows the most accurate reproduction and an optimal combination.
Possible as an order option: direct bonding of the work on an aluminum Dibond® support.
RATE
Each rate proposal is customized with
– Your format and lamination options (minimum size required: 50x75cm (or 60x60cm))
– Your specific requests
– The country of destination.
